It means that there is no problem with the track if you can easily pull it. If you can’t pull it, it means that the track is not assembled well, and you need to check the assembly of the track. Second, manually rotate the curtain motor to see if it can move. Normally, if you turn it gently, the curtain motor will start automatically. This means that the curtain motor is normal. Also, the curtain can only be turned on and off halfway. What should I do if I can’t open it completely? Because our curtain motor has a memory function. It will remember the first time it goes through the power. If you just turn it on halfway for the first time, just press the pause button. It will only open halfway every time it goes through the power. How to solve it? Just need to turn off the curtain motor and clear the memory and then power it on again. If the curtain motor power is normal, the switch also has 220V output to the curtain motor end. The problem of power supply, switch, and circuit is eliminated. But the switch curtain still does not respond. At this time, we can try to align the live and neutral power wiring of the curtain motor. Because if there is no resonance between the control end and the power supply end, the curtain motor will do a self-protection and will not make any movement.
